Red Velvet Whoopie Pies

Red velvet sandwich cookies, red velvet whoopie pies, whatever you call them... these things are very easy to make and all the ingredients are items you can find in your kitchen.

I followed Bakerella's recipe which only consisted of butter, cake mix, and eggs.
