Rattlesnake Hotdogs At Wurstkuche

Yep, rattlesnake. Went out with some friends to eat at Wurstküche last night. It's a very unique hot dog joint because along with the classics, it sells exotic flavors such as rattlesnake, rabbit, duck, and alligator. I got the duck and bacon hot dog topped with sweet onions and sauerkraut. Then to try the rattlesnake, I took a bite out of Allen's. In my opinion, both flavors weren't too drastic from each other. Our hot dogs were eaten with Belgian fries with our choice of sauce, the tzatziki and chipotle aioli were my favorite!

I would definitely recommend a visit to Wurstküche, for the food and the great atmosphere. A large area filled with long picnic tables, brick walls, dim lighting, and classic ketchup and mustard bottles that you can choose to douse your hot dogs. Here you have more choices again, choose from whole grain, dijon, spicy brown, honey mustard, and american yellow.
