My friend and I did the bungee, skycoaster, and nothin' but net at Zero Gravity in Dallas, Texas. Terrifying, but so glad we successfully tackled all three! The process of getting there is so scary, but after you jump, fall, etc... it is so much FUN!
During the 4+ hours we were here, I learned something about myself. When I get scared, I stay quiet. I don't cuss, I don't freak out... my lips are sealed shut. I'd rather not interact with others because I feel as if it would make me more scared. The guys we met that were on the carrier with us, going up (ride 2), were joking about how quiet I was: "this one needs to talk more!"

here's everything in video, if you'd like to take a look:
Have you ever gone bungee jumping before?

You are so so brave. I am a little bit very scared of heights, and this looks terrifying! Good job :)

OMG lol, I can actually understand you, as I also get sooo quiet when scared. However, congratulations are definetly in order because scared or not you did it! I don't think I would have been able to do that :)
ReplyDeleteMy hubby did something like this at Carowinds in NC - I was there, it was when we were first dating and I thought he was just showing off for me! No way would I do it, ever. I'd be dead from a heart attack by the time we got down!
ReplyDeleteGO STEPHANIE!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou're awesome. I haven't done any of these things before - it looks like so much fun!! :)
THAT LOOK'S AMAZING! I bet it was really scary, but probably worth it ;)
ReplyDeleteThat looks so fun! I think I could do that, but I could never do a bungee jump - I'd be scared of the line breaking D:
