Strawberry Picking
One of my goals on my summer list was to go fruit picking. On our way to San Diego, we were able to stop by in Carlsbad, CA to get some fresh strawberries of our own.
It was a beautiful day and although the strawberries were smaller than usual, they were so sweet!

fuuun! i usually am not a fan of strawberries unless they are covered w/ something or mixed. however, this year.. they really have been sweet to eat plain.

NOTHING better than fresh fruit&veggies! Now I'm craving strawberries!
ReplyDeleteI've been strawberry picking at Tanaka Farm in Irvine. They have different fruits to pick at different times of the year and they also have cook-outs.

I used to go berry picking every summer with my family! Now that I live in the city it's a bit tricky but I'm going to try and find a place around New Orleans. Looks like you had fun!!!
