San Francisco

I spent this weekend in the city of beautiful, busy San Francisco. Checked out local tourist spots like Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge, Union Square, ate yummy food, and played many rounds of Big 2 (I've been practicing that game since I was 7 ;)).

We hiked up this hill to get a beautiful view of the Golden Gate bridge, which was from a new viewpoint I've never been before. We also went to possibly the best dog park I've ever been to so far, Fort Funston. It's not only a "park," but it has a beach as well. Doggie playground heaven. So many beautiful places to visit here, a few days is not enough.

The best thing I ate on this trip was a sandwich from Little Lucca. The sandwich I chose was layers of delicious sauce and toppings with brisket. But the best part was the bread, the "Dutch-crunch bread." Crunchy bread! Need I say more?

Are you a SF native or have you visited SF? What places there have you ate at?

By the way, Happy August! Only a few more weeks until school starts again. Not sure how I feel about that just yet.

Also, my boyfriend's family takes their dog to Fort Funston all the time. It's so funny seeing my Bay Area spots through a new perspective!
