Yum: Chicken and Waffles with a Twist

I think the savory and sweet concoction of chicken and waffles is genius. So when I found these two ideas that was more than just chicken and waffles sold at Roscoe's, they quickly appealed to my taste buds. How cute are those mini chicken and waffle appetizers? And is it weird that I find that chicken and waffle cupcake super tasty? Has anyone ever tried one before?
