This year's Valentine's Day was just as nice all the other years, very short, simple, but sweet. Allen doesn't finish school until 10pm and my day doesn't end till 8pm so planning any sort of day time activity was out of the question.
We were both fine with no gifts, but Allen did surprise me with flowers, red velvet wine, and a dog balloon (we're taking it on walks around the apartment... seriously). The night ended off with a late, late, dinner at Bossa Nova, and coming back together at the apartment and sharing stories with the other roommates about their Valentine's Day.
