I've expressed my love for macarons in this post, and although the recipe was slightly intimidating, my brother's girlfriend and I decided to give it a try anyway. We followed this recipe, made chocolate ganache, and added two drops of pink dye to give these macarons some color. Also, I've never found a need for a food processor, but sifting through sugar and flour more than once... we got quite the arm workout.

Wow, Steph - they turned out great!! I've always been intimidated to try making macarons...but you've got me inspired! :) I think I'll try them soon...
ReplyDeleteThey look delish!
ReplyDeleteI sort of suck at making desserts, that's why I post about them to document how I go up in dessert-making.
