I love girl time and especially time with girls that are not only some of my closest friends, but also friends who continually encourage me in the Lord and my relationship with Him. We spent a weekend together in sunny (yet very, very, hot) Palm Springs and we were able to explore different restaurants, thrift shops, and hotels. In between that, we also did typical girl things such as watch chick flicks, pool time, tan, and paint our nails. Despite the heat, it was nice to be surrounded by desert mountains and to be in the perfect weather when the sun set.
It was important that the five us got together this summer and spent some time before some went abroad or on vacations. During this trip, we studied the book of Jude, talked about the future, did silly things, and laughed about random stuff. We also had an early celebration for a very special girl's birthday (happy birthday debs)!
Here are some places we checked out:
Hotels: Ace / Saguaro (excited to see this hotel, ever since the first time I spotted it on pinterest!)
Restaurants: Jake's / Cheeky's / Birba
Girlies... thank you for such a wonderful time!
What do you like do in your girl time? Any fun vacations?

I love this! I'm going to Palm Springs this summer, are there any recommendations of where to go (to eat or shop)?
ReplyDeleteHey Ashley!!!
DeleteAll those eateries listed above were really good. Cheeky's would definitely be on the top! Those hotels were pretty cool to check out and if you want to thrift, there's a bunch on King's Highway :) Hope that helps!
I love ACE and your blog! P.S. I'm hosting a giveaway for Soybu and thought you would be interested! www.domesticsweetheart.com
