Bon Voyage!

The past week has been full of seeing my family and friends. I was able to have little breakfast dates and meetups with my close girlfriends. I'm so blessed by each and every one of those friendships.

A few nights ago, I planned one last dinner party for my church family. Just some of the many things we had on the menu were deviled eggs, fried chicken, lumpia (again! yes!), homemade lasagna, and a plethora of desserts. We played mafia, we prayed, we played catchphrase until 2am and had silly little dares for each losing team.

Knowing I have a wonderful supportive system at home has made me more ready and excited to go! Here's to a safe flight, adventure, fish balls nights in Times Square, making new international friends, and reuniting with family!
